Project work or recurring services begin after the applicable advance

Additional Charges
Additional charges may apply when a request falls outside the
originally approved scope, deliverables, limits, or service package.
- Additional website pages or functionality
- Premium themes, plugins, tools, or licenses
- Domain and hosting charges
- Extra SEO keywords or expanded campaign scope
- Additional revisions beyond the approved scope
- Paid advertising media budgets
- Specialized creative production
- Additional marketing campaigns or custom requirements
Any additional requirement affecting cost will be communicated before
implementation and will proceed only after client approval.

Advertising Campaigns
Advertising budgets for Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other paid media
platforms are separate from Digicircal's service or management fees.

Delays in approvals, access, feedback, content submission, payments,
or required client inputs may result in corresponding changes to the

Intellectual Property
Final approved deliverables created specifically for the client become
the client's property after all applicable project payments have been
cleared, subject to any third-party licenses or platform-specific terms.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Digicircal may showcase completed
projects, creatives, websites, campaigns, or public-facing work in its
portfolio, presentations, case studies, or promotional material.

Limitation of Liability
Digicircal follows professional marketing, creative, development, and
campaign management practices. However, business and marketing results
may be affected by factors outside our direct control.

Guaranteed search rankings
Performance can vary based on industry conditions, competition,
audience behavior, market demand, pricing, budgets, platforms,
algorithms, client offers, and other external factors.
